The Government of the Republic of Indonesia established a National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N). As well as handling complaints from citizens about public services in the country, Indonesia’s Ombudsman office in Bali has provided the opporunity to hear complaints from foreign nationals.

The Bali channel of the national public complaints digital platform, SP4N-LAPOR has stated that because Bali is a bit different and perhaps there are many complaints from foreign citizens that need to be addressed. 

From visa policy changes to noise complaints to reckless behaviors, it is safe to say that this channel will be well used.
